Outlet Mall Shopping Haul!
5.1.16Hellooooo everyone, It's been a hot minute since I've had any spare time to whip up some blog posts so this one may be a doozy!
I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas vacation and filled yourself to the brim with sugar and spice and everything nice.
I, on the other hand had a very non-traditional Christmas Vacation and actually went to Las Vegas with my parents! (See below) So while you were all sitting by the fire with hot cocoa and watching Christmas movies, I was gambling, drinking and getting asked to go see Chippendales by creepy men on the streets - Nothing says 'Holiday Cheer' like strippers dancing on bar tops. Ah, Christmas.
Anywhooooo - Although I told myself I would not spend a single dime while I was there because the Canadian dollar right now is absolute garbage...*shocker* I actually went a little above and beyond my "budget." Rather than crying about how much I owe visa, I thought I'd share my findings with you lovely people!
First of all, if you're ever in Vegas you HAVE to go to Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. This was hands down the best center in Vegas, and you'll see why!
The first day we went shopping I was actually on a mission to head to Kate Spade, when I got sideswiped by a beautiful bright sign yelling my name saying "Lululemon Outlet." .............Excuse me?! I have never even HEARD of a Lulu Outlet, let alone been within a million mile radius of one! So I obviously indulged. The entire store was already marked down to sale prices and then the Boxing Day offer was 25% off of your total purchase.

Next stop was Kate Spade *Melts*. There was actually a line outside the store and I contemplated whether or not I actually wanted to wait in line, but THANK GOD I did. The entire store was 60% off plus, we are VIP members at all Simon outlets (obviously) so there was an additional 10% off.
I may or may not have spent two hours in the store and also may or may not have convinced my mother to leave the store with three purses even though she had never even heard of Kate Spade (Yes, the deals were that good, people)
I bought TWO gorgeous purses that I've been cuddling every night and never want to leave my side, as well as their matching wallets (Also, one wallet was 30$ because their is a teeny tiny scratch on the front so she gave me ANOTHER 20% off)
Let me know if you'd like me to do a Face of the Day with these two kits! I bought both of these kits, which are meant to be "day" and "night" looks which each include a blush, and eye shadow, an eyeliner and a lipgloss for $21. I couldn't even believe it. One of those blushes would be $20 at Sephora.
I also purchased this highlighter/shimmer that comes with a great brush for $17.
I also made a stop at Saks and got some great Calvin Klein workout gear!
My best friend gave me my first Alex and Ani bracelet for Christmas so when I saw an actual store at the Venetian I couldn't resist. She gifted me the gold endless knot, and I bought the silver path of life as well as the gold path of life with a little bit of a maroon accent which I love! The gold path of life also donated 30% of the purchase to charity. I think I've started an obsession.
And last but not least, I raided Charlotte Russe for jeans! These legging jeans were on for buy one, get one for $10 so I went a little nuts since it's been a while since I've bought jeans. If you have a hard time looking for jeans in larger size, I would absolutely recommend checking out Charlotte Russe. Even regular price they are only $32 and come in a whole slew of sizes! These are mostly legging jeans, so if you would like to go that route I would suggest buying a size down because I'm already starting to notice some stretch from just a day's wear.

SO!
That is the extent of my little non-shopping trip, that turned into a shopping-trip, haul!
Let me know if you'd like to see any of these things in more detail
